The Silverton Hospital 90th Anniversary Health Fair promises to be a festive mix of healthy information and good old-fashioned fun. Best of all, it will appeal to all age groups, so bring the kids,
bring the grandparents and stop by the hospital.

Here are just a few of the healthful attractions, people and activities lined up for the health fair.

• Enjoy a relaxing chair massage provided by the Wellspring Integrative Medicine staff.
• Update your height, weight and blood pressure measurements in the Body Basics Booth. Pick up a free medication log.
• Learn from fitness professionals simple exercises to tone up and de-stress yourself.
• Stop by the Sports Medicine Booth, talk with our physician specialists and see the latest in joint and hip replacement.
• Visit an array of booths mixing fun games with opportunities for learning.
• Mr. Bones, Will the Pill and our Wellness Princess will be there to entertain, educate and hand out coloring books.
• And what would a 90th anniversary celebration be without cake? Healthy cupcakes will be available for all to enjoy.
