Cardiac Health Program:

New therapies for congestive heart failure patients

The Silverton Hospital Cardiac Health Program is a proactive, integrated inpatient and outpatient program established to meet the special needs of adult patients and families who have had, or are at risk of, heart failure.

In our comprehensive program we emphasize individualized disease management with rigorous adherence to national heart failure guidelines.

The program incorporates such elements as intensive education, ongoing monitoring and care by a specialized, multidisciplinary team. This Cardiac Health Program is designed to improve quality of life, prolong life and prevent clinical deterioration.
