Whether you’re a hospital inpatient or your physician has ordered tests to evaluate your heart function, Silverton Hospital’s Cardiopulmonary Services department is here to serve you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Cardiologists, physicians with special training on the heart and it's functions are available for consultations regarding your specific issues and health concerns.

Our services include electrocardiography (EKG), echocardiography and exercise stress testing. We offer three different types of treadmill stress tests, based on your individual mobility needs. Two types of outpatient heart monitors are available: the Holter test involves a portable 24-hour heart activity monitor, and a 30-day event monitor records your cardiac activity in the event of any heart abnormality.
