Press Ganey Summit Award®

Silverton Hospital is one of only 48 hospitals nation-wide – and the only Oregon facility - to be recognized with the Press Ganey Summit Award.

The Summit Award is given only to those hospitals whose patient satisfaction scores stay in the 95th percentile of all participating hospitals for three consecutive years.

Participation in the Press Ganey program means that each patient of Silverton Hospital is surveyed after discharge in a variety of areas related to their stay. Information is compiled from those who respond and measured against the performance of organizations of similar size.

This honor acknowledges Silverton Hospital’s commitment to create an environment that promotes compassion and recognizes the dignity of all who enter our doors.
