About Our Practice

Services of McClaine Street Clinic are available to residents of the following Marion County communities:

• Silverton
• Mt. Angel
• Woodburn
• Molalla
• Gervais
• Hubbard
• Scotts Mills
• Monitor

Also, you must be covered by one of the following Oregon Health Plans:

• Marion Polk Community Health Plan (MPCHP)
• CareOregon
• Medicaid – Open Card

Timely Appointments
The goal of our staff is to make it easy for our patients to receive timely medical care. We request you call for an appointment. In most cases appointments will be scheduled on the same day you call.

In the event of a serious life-threatening medical event, please call 911 or go directly to Silverton Hospital's Emergency Department.
